EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Any product bought from mhclothhouse.com can be exchanged, within 7 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state.
We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty.
No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
How To Exchange
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
Courier the parcel back to us.
Refunds
We have a NO refund policy, however* refunds can be made in exception. where in the product is out of stock and can't be fulfilled.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel the order at any time before the order is processed. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order is shipped. "Exchange & Return" policy will be applied once the order has been dispatched.
